Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluation methods and will aid in developing performance measures and reporting systems. This role requires expertise in education evaluation with varying expectations based on level, offering a competitive salary range from $80k to $140k depending on experience. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience conducting evaluations of education programs (Level I).
• 8-10 years of experience conducting evaluations of education programs (Level IV).
• Experience with implementing best practices in evaluation of formal and informal science education.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of NOAA's Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
• Develop performance measures and evaluation systems.
• Collaborate with Education Council Members.
• Manage web applications and conduct evaluations for NOAA programs.
