Job Description

Come join the staff at OU HSC and become a part of Oklahoma's premier research university which leads the state in education and career opportunities. Provides support and assistance in the identification, development, and delivery of educational programs or initiatives. Typically works under general supervision, performing varied and sometimes challenging assignments with limited responsibility.

Duties
  1. Assists with planning, development, and implementation of designated student programs and services to ensure quality.
  2. Supports preparation of program agreements, grant writing, budgets, and related information.
  3. Coordinates and distributes course/program evaluations.
  4. Communicates with clients on participant satisfaction metrics.
  5. Analyzes customer feedback for trends and discrepancies.
  6. Provides market research on service/program area, competitor pricing, industry news, and networking opportunities.
  7. Monitors enrollments and reports updates to program managers and assistants.
  8. Serves as a liaison with college and department contacts for course and faculty approvals.
  9. Prepares reports and compiles information.
  10. May assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements.
  11. May create, update, and maintain websites.
  12. Performs other duties as needed to fulfill the position's functions.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Education, or related field, plus:

  • 12 months of administrative or program support experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education and related experience may substitute for a degree on a one-to-one basis.

  • Proficiency in navigating and maintaining databases.
