Responsibilities

• Lead Education practice initiatives and drive strategic growth through business development and market leadership.
• Collaborate with Partnership, Principals, and Practice Leaders to extend leadership, elevate design quality, and strengthen client relationships.
• Oversee design teams to align objectives with client expectations and deliver exceptional service and financial performance.
• Mentor staff and create pathways for professional development through project work.
• Develop data, tools, and models to support education market insights and project strategies.
