• Grow from supporting facilitation toward leading defined portions of meetings and presentations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze demographic, enrollment, and related data using established methods.
• Translate findings into planning considerations and recommendations with Senior Planners.
• Manage assigned work across multiple projects with attention to deadlines and client needs.
• Use Esri ArcGIS Pro for analysis, mapping, and visualization to support project insights.
