Job summary

IFAW Education Team seeks an Education Manager to lead ARC’s education portfolio across online, hybrid, and in-person delivery. You will guide instructional designers, trainers, and SMEs, ensuring high‑quality learning aligned with ARC strategy.

You will oversee learning platforms, content governance, and data-driven evaluation, while managing budgets, contracts, and AI‑enabled tools to maintain accessibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field preferred.
• 6–8+ years of experience managing education programs, learning portfolios, or learning systems.
• Experience overseeing learning technology ecosystems, including LMS administration and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as role requirements dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of ARC’s education and training portfolio across online, hybrid, and in-person delivery modes.
• Develop and maintain workplans, priorities, and timelines aligned with ARC strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning to balance quality, scalability, and feasibility.
• Monitor program performance and risks; adjust based on data and stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee learning technology ecosystem and platform governance; manage vendors.
