EDUCATION MANAGER
OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an upbeat, energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented professional to establish and develop their expertise as the Education Manager for Design LAB: Learn + Build. Join our small, but mighty crew who is working to create awareness, appreciation, and improvement of the built environment through education. Must be dedicated to empowering the underserved youth of Cincinnati and promoting sustainably & socially responsible building practices. This key role will work directly with the Executive Director to transform and elevate Design LAB through its hallmark K-8 education program. This position will also oversee the Marketing & Communications Coordinator.

Design LAB is a change-making non-profit that serves the Cincinnati area. The educational program allows the organization to serve over 2000 students each year and creates change by giving underserved students an experience that will open them up to career opportunities while improving soft skills and gaining a deeper understanding of the built environment. COMPENSATION
Compensation Range: $45,000 to $50,000 commensurate with experience, with optional stipend for health insurance and 401K, on-site fitness center, free parking, and more.
