Formación

• About 4 years of legal experience.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Charter school experience strongly preferred.
• Education law background and interest in charter work are a plus.
• Active California State Bar membership.

Responsabilidades

• Review charter petitions and renewals for legal sufficiency and prepare findings.
• Advise charter authorizers on oversight, compliance, fiscal, and facilities issues (including Prop 39).
• Support investigations, revocation proceedings, and high-impact litigation.
• Work directly with school boards and superintendents, including presenting at board meetings.
