Job description

Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a bright, motivated associate attorney to join its growing Education Law Practice Group.

Ideally, this candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, effective oral advocacy skills, excellent legal research, analytics and writing abilities and an established track record of hard work and initiative.

Knowledge of, and interest in, the area of school law, particularly special education law, is preferred. Proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus. The Firm will consider candidates with two (2) to five (5) years' of experience.

The successful candidate must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.

The candidate should also possess strong marketing interests and skills.
