Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent with some college coursework.
• Four years' experience in a lab setting or related field.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors in planning and presenting classroom and laboratory materials.
• Set up supplies and equipment for instructional use.
• Tutor students individually or in small groups.
• Maintain safety and security of materials and equipment.
• Maintain storeroom and inventory records; perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Administer tests and maintain student records.
• Handle hazardous materials storage and handling.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
