Imagine a career where you can directly impact the future of education. We are pioneering charter schools that challenge the norm, offering a curriculum that condenses a full day of learning into just two hours, powered by AI. However, this vision remains a dream without your expertise in securing charter approvals.

As the driving force behind our charter school applications, you will master the art of navigating intricate regulatory landscapes, aligning with district mandates, and crafting persuasive proposals that capture the essence of our innovative schools. This is not merely an editing role; you will take full ownership of creating applications from the ground up, working with startup agility.

If you are passionate about making a difference, if you are proactive and thrive on the prospect of revolutionizing education on a grand scale, this opportunity is your calling.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Crafting and refining charter application sections to comply with state and district standards
  • Engaging in district and state discussions to ensure alignment and clarify expectations
  • Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and experts to enhance drafts
  • Collaborating with the Director of Charter Growth to manage deadlines and set priorities
  • Addressing ambiguities and identifying potential gaps in documentation or narratives

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Relying on a predefined playbook or making minor adjustments to existing content
  • Waiting for guidance or external input before taking action
  • Conforming to the slow pace of traditional educational systems
  • Writing about conventional school models that adhere to the status quo
  • Focusing on low-impact policy work or generic grant writing

  • Reside in the United States
