Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a biological, earth or environmental science discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in teaching design and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
• Experience with educational technologies and online delivery methods.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and commitment to inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead course delivery for SCIF1000 and SCIF1001, including course convening.
• Apply reflective teaching practices to enhance student learning.
• Design and develop learning activities, resources, assessments and feedback across courses.
• Support student progression and apply inclusive teaching aligned with EDI principles.
• Manage course administration as Course Authority and contribute to school governance.
