• Demonstrated computer and technical experience with effective communication skills.
• Additional preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and TQM administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility construction, renovation and maintenance projects to ensure safety and health standards.
• Provide leadership to custodial and maintenance staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee coordination with LISD and county entities when directed to maintain a conducive learning environment.
