Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking an Account Manager to oversee facility management activities at the Oklahoma account. You will supervise staff, coordinate operations, and ensure safety and compliance.

In this role you’ll manage budgets, drive cost containment, and strengthen client relations while delivering quality services across facilities, maintenance, custodial, and grounds operations for educational programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Experience in facilities management or similar field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages all FM related activities of assigned buildings at account.
• Directs the daily activities of all HES Facilities employees and outside contractors.
• Manage the CMMS work order process and execution.
• Ensures safety mindset and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensures timely and cost-effective work according to applicable codes.
• Maintains facilities in compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Maintains customer contacts and retention strategies.
• Develops quality assurance methods and assesses quality levels.
• Monitors budgets and coordinates future funding requests.
• Administers cost containment and reduction activities.
• Supports short and long-range account planning with leadership.
