This role involves providing education and employment services to caregivers of children enrolled in the Early Childhood Initiative (ECI) Dane County home visiting program. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, service planning, resource referral, resume and interview preparation, crisis management, housing support, and developing support networks. The position also entails community outreach, stakeholder collaboration, staff training, grant writing, and program development. Acts as a service leader within the organization and/or the health system.
