Jobot in California is seeking a CA licensed attorney with 2-5+ years of defense experience to join our AmLaw-level firm in a HYBRID role focusing on Student Services and Disabilities, including Special Education, Title IX and related federal/state law.

Qualifications

• CA licensed attorney with 2-5+ years of defense experience in education law disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Handle defense matters in Student Services, Disabilities, Special Education, Title IX and UCP contexts.
• Interface with school districts, charter schools, SELPAs, and county offices on regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with OAH, CDE and OCR regarding disability and discrimination issues.
