In your role as Education Development Partner, you'll be responsible to assist in executing specific workforce development-related strategies into project roadmaps and actionable plans. You will collaborate with regional school district-wide and postsecondary educational stakeholders on multi-partner projects to align education and training programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline for the semiconductor industry. This includes curriculum development and relevance specific to our company, skills training, training timeline/logistics, budget planning and tracking, evaluation/ROI on funded programs and goal attainment.
