Qualifications

• Experience supporting the implementation or improvement of education data systems.
• Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting system issues and communicating with developers or support teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Experience coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience delivering professional learning to large audiences.
• Knowledge of educator evaluation systems and LEADS framework.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel statewide to provide training and support.
• Experience providing technical assistance and implementation support to school systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between school systems, LDOE staff, and technology developers to support LES.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolve LES issues, communicate updates, identify recurring challenges requiring improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to plan, test, and implement LES enhancements.
• Manage educator evaluation data reporting, review data for accuracy, develop reports, respond to data requests.
• Develop and deliver training, presentations, and technical guidance for LES navigation.
• Lead statewide LES evaluator training (LER and LLCR), prepare materials for large audiences.
• Provide technical assistance and implementation support to schools on LEADS requirements and evaluation practices.
• Travel across Louisiana to train, assist, troubleshoot, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop guidance documents, resources, and communications for LEADS.
• Monitor system needs, stakeholder feedback, and evaluation data to recommend improvements to LES.
