Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks an Education Counselor to support the Army Continuing Education System (ACES) with professional academic and career counseling. The role involves counseling Soldiers, developing education plans, and guiding degree programs and credentialing.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s, and experience in academic advising or counseling. Joint coordination with ACES staff and installation leadership is expected to ensure successful

Responsibilities

• Interpret testing results and assist with academic readiness assessments.
• Support Soldier transition planning through education counseling.
• Maintain accurate case documentation within Army education systems.
• Coordinate with installation leadership and ACES staff.

Overview

EducationCounselors assist Soldiers in achieving education and career objectives through structured counseling, program briefings, and education planning. Military spouses, veterans, and individuals with experience supporting military communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
