Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus three years coordinating education programs or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years of experience.
  • Experience using Workday or similar enterprise systems preferred.

Summary of Job Duties: The Education Coordinator provides essential administrative support to assigned programs or departments within the College of Health Professions (CHP). This position plays a key role in supporting student recruitment and admissions, managing contracts and affiliation agreements, and assisting with scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks. The coordinator also supports faculty with academic-related tasks and helps ensure the smooth daily operations of the department. This role operates in a collaborative team environment and receives direction from the Associate Dean of Administration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years coordinating education programs or related experience. OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years coordinating education programs or related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Forms)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and team-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of executive-level administrative experience

  • Experience using Workday or similar enterprise systems


Additional Information:

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for student recruitment and admissions, including managing applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing admission letters and materials.

  • Prepares and processes contracts, affiliation agreements, and work orders; assists with inventory and tracks office, educational, and clinical supplies.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for department communication, scheduling meetings, coordinating special events, and preparing reports.

  • Assists faculty with academic support tasks including uploading syllabi, maintaining course evaluations, and processing adjunct faculty documentation.

  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned by the Associate Dean of Administration.

  • Other Duties As Assigned
