Qualifications

• Fifteen years of full-time experience in construction management or project management for large commercial/public projects.
• Five years of experience coordinating complex projects >$20M.

Responsibilities

• Manages pre-construction through close-out for all assigned projects.
• Reviews pre-construction docs and provides comments to Designer.
• Plans, organizes and reports project status to upper management.
• Coordinates with public agencies and district staff to meet budget and schedule.
