An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Education Coach to support the professional growth of education staff. In this full-time role, you will provide individualized coaching and training, ensuring staff implement best practices in early childhood education. Position Summary/Objective
The goal of this position is to support continuous professional growth among education staff, improve classroom quality, and enhance child outcomes. As part of the education team, under the general direction of the Education Coordinators, the Coach will work with the Education Staff to enhance the professional development of staff through individualized training and coaching. The Education Coach will play a vital role in training new and existing employees, ensuring they understand and implement best practices in early childhood education, providing coaching to improve staff performance, and modeling high-quality educational experiences for young children.
Must demonstrate strong mentorship skills to support staff growth, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored training solutions. Must be able to identify areas where staff are deficient and build trainings to amend the identified deficiencies. Must demonstrate compassion in supporting staff through challenges and offer constructive solutions.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position and is paid hourly. Typically, this position will work 37.5 hours per week. Working days are Monday through Friday with varying day shift hours depending on location.
Travel
Travel is primarily locally during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.

BS Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development $22.20
