The candidate will oversee assessments, create personalized learning plans, monitor finances, and ensure policy compliance while fostering a supportive learning environment for students and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Center Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading a team.
• Experience meeting enrollment and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center to ensure a smooth learning environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets and center revenue goals.
• Manage and develop center staff, including instructors and admin personnel.
• Conduct student assessments and consultations to tailor learning plans.
• Maintain communications with parents/guardians regarding progress and updates.
• Manage center finances, budgeting and revenue reporting.
• Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and center policies.
• Maintain positive, supportive learning environment and engage with schools/community.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote programs.
• Stay current on educational trends and best practices to ensure high-quality instruction.
