The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a leadership role, proven budgeting experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Center Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Center to ensure a smooth learning environment for students and staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment targets and revenue goals.
• Manage and develop center staff, including instructors and admin personnel, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Conduct student assessments and consultations to tailor learning plans.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about progress and updates.
• Manage center finances, including budgeting, expenses, and revenue reporting.
• Ensure adherence to C2 Education curriculum standards, policies, and procedures.
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment and strong relationships with schools and community organizations.
