Hattori Hanzo Shears is seeking an Education Booking Specialist to join our education team. You will make outbound calls to salons across the United States to schedule professional haircutting and styling classes with our educators.

In this role, you’ll connect with salon owners and managers, present education opportunities, book classes, and work with the education team to fill educators' schedules. A friendly, persistent communicator with strong organizational skills will thrive and earn

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
• Able to work independently.
• Sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the beauty or salon industry is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to salons throughout the United States.
• Speak with salon owners and managers about hosting education classes.
• Explain our education programs and available class dates.
• Schedule and confirm classes with interested salons.
• Follow up with potential hosts to secure bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and scheduled classes.
• Work closely with our education team to fill educators' schedules.
