Candidates will be considered for the following DWK offices (Hybrid): Long Beach, San Diego.

Qualifications

• Litigation and/or administrative process experience, including handling discovery and preparing pleadings; experience in mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials a plus
• Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
• Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities, including administrative hearings litigation
• Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred
• Admission to the California State Bar

Salary & Benefits

The annual salary wage range the firm reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position is $130,000 to $170,000. The final annual salary offered will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to the offered salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) with matching and profit‑sharing options; sick and vacation time, along with paid holidays.
