Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture from a U.S. college.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in institutional buildings.
• Proficiency in Revit for design and detailing.
• Familiar with Los Angeles codes.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural planning and design concepts for educational buildings under principals.
• Support consultant meetings and design presentations.
• Coordinate design with engineering consultants.
• Assist with city/county code issues.
• Support PM during construction, respond to RFIs and review submittals.
