Responsibilities

• Support systemic, transformative change in K-12 education through data-driven insights.
• Break down complex questions into actionable components using quantitative methods.
• Own defined workstreams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist senior team in developing recommendations that drive measurable impact for education partners.
• Support research, data analysis, and modeling to generate insights and test hypotheses.
• Engage in culture-building and collaboration initiatives within ERS.
