Playworks is seeking a strong, experienced Educare Teacher to join our team. This role provides care, supervision, and developmental support while planning and implementing organized activities, smooth transitions, and developmentally appropriate curriculum across all learning domains. The Educare Teacher mentors and trains staff on teaching strategies, behavior guidance, and classroom management, while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment. Monitors the wellbeing and safety of the children, contributes to the sales and retention, through positive communication, with families, and ensure the planning, preparation, and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum.
