Job summary

UWorld is seeking a Vice President of Operations to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations across assigned departments, ensuring growth and leadership in education worldwide.

Based in Dallas, TX with relocation, this role requires an MBA, at least 15 years of industry experience including 5 in upper management, and a preference for EdTech experience. You will mentor leaders, optimize processes, and align operations with the company vision.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent required.
• At least 15 years of industry-related experience, including 5 years in upper management.
• EdTech/Education Industry experience strongly preferred.
• This position is based in Dallas, Texas and will require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities for assigned departments to support company growth.
• Communicate and implement the strategic direction of assigned departments; collaborate with COO and executive leadership on company goals.
• Collaborate with other divisions to carry out company objectives and improve processes; identify and implement new technologies and systems.
• Establish and administer assigned budgets; review cost-control reports and staffing requirements for projects.
• Provide mentoring, performance evaluations, and staff development for direct reports.
