Job summary

Albemarle County Public Schools is seeking a Learning Technology Integrator to work within the Department of Technology for the 2026-27 school year. LTIs partner with instructional staff, students, and administrators to design and deliver professional learning and co-teach tech-infused lessons.

The position emphasizes collaboration, digital equity, and the integration of technology to support effective instruction. Ten-month term, teacher salary scale, Charlottesville area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
• Must be certified as a teacher in Virginia or eligible to be certified in Virginia.
• Experience implementing instructional technologies in an educational setting and leading staff development for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Engages teachers in reflective conversations and builds professional relationships.
• Delivers job-embedded professional learning for educators.
• Collaborates with staff to implement digital citizenship and literacy.
• Supports accessible learning through assistive technology and digital equity initiatives.
• Submits daily reports on work performed.
