Job summary

Cariina, Inc. is seeking a Product Implementation Consultant to lead post-sale onboarding and rapid deployment of the Cariina platform for school districts. Reporting to the CTO, you will guide clients through end-to-end implementation and deliver on-site and virtual training.

You’ll build trusted relationships with district leaders, manage multiple projects, and advocate for client needs with engineering. 80% travel to client sites across the U.S., with a focus on measurable operational

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., SaaS implementation, solutions engineering).
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of the Cariina platform for school districts, with on-site and virtual training.
• Engage district leaders, manage expectations, and advocate for client needs with engineering and post-implementation teams.
• Document progress in CRM and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
• Provide hands-on on-site support and travel to client sites across the U.S. (80%+ travel).
