InfoecTrain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Cyber Security and technical courses. This role involves end-to-end management of course research, content validation, and the publishing process. The SME will be responsible for identifying and analyzing emerging trends in the industry, suggesting and curating new course offerings, proofreading content, and ensuring courses are effectively launched on the company website.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth research on new trends, technologies, and best practices in the Cyber Security and technical education domains.
  2. Identify gaps in current offerings and propose innovative course ideas aligned with market demands.
  3. Proofread and review course materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  4. Provide expert suggestions for course improvements and enhancements.
  5. Oversee the entire lifecycle of new courses, from ideation to publishing.
  6. Coordinate with web development and marketing teams for timely publication and promotion on the company website.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
  2. Good experience as a Subject Matter Expert or similar role in the Cyber Security/technical education sector.
  3. Strong understanding of current trends in Cyber Security and technology.
  4. Excellent research, analytical, and proofreading skills.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  2. Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
  3. Knowledge of SEO principles for course content optimization.
