Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan seeks an EDS Systems Supervisor who leads wiring systems engineers, coordinates with Systems Integration and CAE, and drives design verification for vehicle EDS topology and inline connectors.
You will develop logical and physical schematics in E3, approve device transmittals, mentor engineers, manage CAE analyses, and ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets while supporting breadboards and Phase I ECAR work.
EDS Systems Supervisor leads the development and release of vehicle wiring solutions—oversee logical and physical schematic development in E3, approve device transmittals, maintain vehicle EDS topology, and select wire sizing/type/color and inline connectors to meet EDS, quality, and cost targets, collaborates with Systems Integration and CAE engineers to define CAE workplans and vehicle partitioning, resolve “Not Met” CAE analyses, perform pin to pin and dual harness compatibility reviews, support engineering breadboards and Phase I ECAR work, and drive re design verification while mentoring engineers and coordinating cross functional delivery.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
