Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years operating, programming, setting up and developing processes for EDM machinery.
• Experience in training customers on machine operation and processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve application-related problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve applications-related problems at customer sites to improve performance.
• Respond to customer reports with timely resolutions and involve others as needed.
• Create solutions for customers addressing applications-related problems.
• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot via telephone.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and engage accordingly.
• Provide high-power processing training to customers and employees.
• Develop training programs for customers.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
