Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
- Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests in accordance with established procedures.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
- Manage student behavior by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
- Maintain discipline according to school rules and disciplinary systems.
- Provide appropriate feedback on student work.
- Encourage and monitor individual student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
- Update necessary records in compliance with laws and school policies.
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required.
- Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
- Communicate regularly with students, colleagues, and parents about student progress and needs.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
- Prepare classroom environment for activities.
- Provide diverse learning materials and resources for educational activities.
- Observe and evaluate student performance and development.
- Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, and assignments.

Education & Certifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Required: IVP certification.
- Preferred: Arts PreK-12 Music certification.
