Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional writing experience in English, journalism, communications, or related field.
• Experience from communications, public relations, speechwriting, or journalism industries.
• Strong portfolio with consumer-driven content across topics.
• Ability to manage conflicting feedback and align stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, iterative copy process.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Roblox brand by crafting clear, compelling copy about products and innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on strategy and messaging.
• Write for press, user, and creator audiences and switch between them.
• Clarify requirements and deliverables when strategy is ambiguous.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Editorial.
