Job Description: The Editorial Lead and Brand Storyteller is a versatile, creative professional working at the intersection of marketing, business development, and communications. At the core of this role is storytelling—translating NP's work, wins, and deep legal knowledge into compelling narratives that resonate with clients, prospects, and the broader market, while advancing the firm's business objectives and strengthening its market position.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the firm's brand, practice areas, and key industries, and knows how to craft content tailored to multiple audiences across digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong writer who is equally comfortable developing a content strategy and executing on it—from drafting and editing to coordinating with attorneys and professional staff to bring content to life. It also carries a meaningful editorial function, serving as a thoughtful reviewer of attorney-drafted content to ensure alignment with the firm's brand and web style standards, search optimization, and the clarity and depth that clients and prospects expect.
