Launch That, LLC, a digital marketing company based in Orlando, seeks an Editorial Intern to support quality control and contractor processes. The role focuses on editing, content audits, and coordinating with vendors. You will gain hands-on experience with SEO and AI-powered tools in a fast-paced environment.

The position is part-time for 4 months, up to 29 hours per week, with a hybrid setup: on-site Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays. Compensation is $15.00 per hour, in downtown Orlando.

Qualifications

• Upperclassman, recent graduate or career changer.
• Formal education in journalism, communications, marketing, English or similar.
• AI skills and knowledge of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT etc.).
• Past internship or work experience in editing.
• Passion for grammar and accuracy.
• Strong language mastery and attention to detail.
• AP style mastery and consistency.
• Adaptable to change and deadline oriented.

Responsibilities

• QC live content for accuracy, typos, formatting and style.
• Assist Project Manager with coordinating content projects.
• Perform content audits with Senior Editor, update content/style.
• Assist with video editing for social media distribution.
• Use AI tools within company parameters to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to support company goals.
