• Assign topics; write/review briefs; manage workloads for writers, SMEs and agencies.
• Edit drafts for structure, clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand fit (developmental + line edits).
• Ensure content is actionable, consumer-friendly, and meets readability/accessibility standards.
• Coordinate visual needs (images, graphics, video).
