Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Technical Writers and Editors to evaluate and improve AI-generated content for a customer project. The role leverages expertise in writing, editing, and critical analysis to assess responses, provide structured scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.

Strong command of written English, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently and remotely are essential. Prior AI experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, content evaluation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, coherence and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review, annotation, or evaluation platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus, but not required.
