Brass Check in Bastrop, Texas, seeks a full-time Email Editor / Editor-in-Chief to own the editorial quality and execution of our email operation for Daily Stoic, Daily Dad, and Ryan Holiday. You will edit daily emails, manage the publishing calendar, improve automated sequences, and help execute launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating with our Head of Content, writers, and marketing team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong editorial judgment and sense of what makes writing engaging.
• Ability to preserve each brand voice across Brass Check brands.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-management abilities.
• Experience with Kit/ConvertKit or similar email platforms.
• Interest in philosophy, history, books, or personal development.

Responsibilities

• Own and edit Daily Stoic, Daily Dad, and Ryan Holiday emails for clarity and impact.
• Format, schedule, test, and publish emails in Kit/ConvertKit.
• Manage weekly and monthly editorial calendars.
• Maintain consistent voice across brands and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with writers and editors to strengthen ideas and openings.
