Base pay range

$54,357.33/yr - $73,770.66/yr

CGS is seeking an eDiscovery Technician to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency.

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Log production in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System
  • Digest cover letters and provide brief descriptions of productions
  • Obtain passwords for encrypted media when no password is provided
  • Determine if cover letters contain substantive information for loading into Relativity
  • Virus scan productions using multiple software tools
  • Address or reject productions if issues are detected
  • Copy virus-free productions to the Agency's network
  • Follow protocols for handling various document types
  • Analyze productions to determine processing requirements
  • Ensure data completeness and inspect for load readiness
  • Coordinate scanning of large paper productions off-site
  • Monitor for incoming productions via email and FTP
Qualifications:
  • Three years of eDiscovery technical experience supporting project requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of information resources
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience managing multiple tasks
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Ideally, you will also have:
  • Experience with government software policies and procedures
  • Client-facing communication experience
  • Federal security clearance
