Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-level e-discovery projects and mentor junior staff. You will coordinate data collections, processing workflows, and production deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry.

Overview

The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day-to-day e-discovery project tasks, and reports to the PM Directors. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of significant complexity. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. They are required to plan for project execution as well as mentor, train and delegate to members of the project team as required.

Responsibilities

Leadership

• Serve as a point of escalation for junior members of the team.
• Provide training and supervision for junior team members.

• Identify areas of operational risk and implement strategies to mitigate such risk for your clients.
• Participates in strategic client meetings (quarterly meetings; in person meetings, etc.) & oversee client level reporting.

• Initiate and provide guidance to junior PMs regarding building of client relationships.

Management of Projects

• Define, articulate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.
• Serve as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings.
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets.
• Successfully oversee and consult on multiple, concurrent complex projects.
• Generate and distribute reporting metrics and other identified KPI's as needed for each project.
• Develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry;
• Demonstrable experience of ‘Leadership Responsibilities’;
• 5 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools;
• Willingness to travel
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints;
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction;
• Demonstrated experience coordinating project work and resources with global resources;

• Available for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs;

• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers.
