Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship for assigned projects
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Manage project budgets and financial status while ensuring client and project requirements are met with high quality
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance to deliver best practices for Client Services
- Maintain up-to-date records regarding the status of all projects being worked on
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
- Proven leadership and staff development skills to motivate and grow team members
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective client interactions
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to adapt to client needs
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent industry experience, with a JD or MBA preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal work, or as an attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
