The Opportunity:

The Project Manager in our eDiscovery team will oversee the eDiscovery process for various client litigation matters. This role involves collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and vendors to develop efficient project plans and ensure compliance with best practices. The expertise of this position will leverage technology to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with case teams to assess project needs and create detailed eDiscovery plans.
  • Track project progress, updating plans to ensure milestones are met.
  • Identify risks to project success and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Leverage technology to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain project tracker, documenting all eDiscovery process steps.
  • Work within deadlines/priorities across multiple projects, delegating/collaborating with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the eDiscovery process.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, project management or other relevant fields of study.
  • 5+ years eDiscovery Project Management Experience working with eDiscovery vendors on pricing, budgets, and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the eDiscovery process and expertise in creating efficient workflows for ESI review.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification or Brainspace Analyst Certification or similar certifications preferred.
