- Understanding and ability to apply knowledge of all phases of the EDRM
- Expert knowledge of practice support software, preferably RelativityOne, Opus 2, Agility Blue, and other eDiscovery hosted solutions
- Significant experience with complex ESI collection, processing and database management
- Highly proficient in the use of office productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, text editing tools and, most importantly, Excel), aptitude for learning new software required
- Consistent demonstration of good judgment, critical thinking, and tenacious problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadline demands
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of law firm, client, and vendors, both orally and in writing
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work product
- History of excellent customer service skills and ability to generate internal business for team services
- Team player and leader with ability to resolve conflicts in professional and team-oriented manner
- Must maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials
- Ability to travel to support clients as requested
- Flexibility and willingness to respond to issues during and outside of core business hours
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Position operates in a professional office environment which is usually quiet to moderate
- Position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets
- Position requires that the employee be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This position is primarily a sedentary position. However, some duties and responsibilities may require the employee to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stand, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, occasionally move about to access office equipment, file cabinets, etc.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $140,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
