We take a consultative approach in working with our clients and managing cases so an understanding of the full EDRM, legal case management, and litigation lifecycle is important for all members of the team. This position includes working with a variety of internal & external team members including fellow Project Managers, business development team, attorneys, company or government representatives, and other legal staff.

DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Work closely with all other departments to complete complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery and litigation projects within the Relativity document review platform from processing through review and production including:
    • Expertise with administering users, groups, permissions, fields, choices, layouts, views, dashboards, searches, STRs, batch sets, dtSearch indexes, processing, imaging, and productions
    • Understanding with administering custom objects, applications, scripts, queues, event handlers, ARM, structured analytics, conceptual analytics, and active learning
    • Provide reporting to case administrators related to workspace metrics, user activity, or other requested document-based metrics
    • Perform quality checks and detailed analysis on work product prior to document production or additional levels of review
    • Knowledge of both Relativity Server and RelativityOne
  • Provide consultation to case teams for document review, production, and data searching workflows
  • Use industry standard processes to facilitate data collections, ECA workflows, data reuse and repository workflows, document reviews, and document productions
  • Understanding and experience in working with both traditional data sources such as email and modern data sources such as cloud storage providers, mobile devices, and short message data

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years experience administering legal document review platform(s); Relativity experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully both verbally and in written format to all relevant technical & non- technical stakeholders including attorneys, client support staff, and internal team members
  • Understanding and experience of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
  • Knowledge of litigation support industry including evolution of product offerings and changing dynamics/expectations
  • General knowledge of litigation lifecycle or experience managing litigations
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office product suite
  • Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations and prioritize multiple projects with similar deadlines
