Job description

Warp9 is looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead client engagements and internal initiatives across the full EDRM lifecycle. This role requires a strong command of eDiscovery tools like Relativity, Reveal, or Logikcull, and the ability to advise legal teams on defensible, cost-effective workflows. The ideal candidate will guide clients on data strategy, from preservation to production, while also managing project execution, timelines, and budgets. Internally, you’ll collaborate with data analysts, review managers, and sales teams, provide training, and help optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal service provider.
  • Strong understanding of EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model), FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure), and industry standards.
  • Hands-on expertise in Relativity (Preferred), Reveal, or other leading eDiscovery platforms.
  • Experience advising clients on case strategy, cost-effective workflows, and defensible processes.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex eDiscovery concepts to legal and technical teams.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring internal employees, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and/or Project Management certification (PMP, CEDS, or similar) is a plus.
