Lead Recruitment Consultant - Cloud Infrastructure

Application/System Engineer – eDiscovery | Remote (US) | Up to $160,000 + Bonus

Ready to elevate litigation technology at a top-tier international law firm?

An international law firm is seeking an Applications Engineer – Litigation Support to lead the support and enhancement of legal technology tools critical to case management, e-discovery, and collaboration. This dynamic, client-facing role sits within the IT department and requires strong engagement with attorneys, litigation support teams, and firm leadership.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the final tier of escalation for IT/Litigation Support issues and requests, providing expert-level support for litigation technology and processes.
  • Partner with litigation support staff, attorneys, and firm leadership to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and implement tools for trial transcript management, e-discovery, client collaboration, and secure data access.
  • Perform ongoing software lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring.
What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting legal technology in a medium to large law firm environment.
  • Strong experience with legal applications such as document management, e-discovery platforms & transcript platforms.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • TextMap/CaseMap is needed, Relativity, LiveNote, and an understanding of Windows Infrastructure are preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, legal macros/templates, Citrix, document comparison, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Familiarity with secure data handling, e-discovery collection, and protective order compliance.

This is a fully remote role available across the following cities and corresponding states: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, Washington, Wilmington (Delaware).
