Job summary

Belcan LLC is seeking an experienced Veritas eDiscovery Administrator to manage and optimize the enterprise eDiscovery platform for legal discovery, compliance, and investigations. The role covers data preservation, holds, collection, processing, review workflows, and production of ESI across Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on Veritas eDiscovery (Clearwell) experience, information governance expertise, and ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in eDiscovery, Compliance, Legal Technology, or Information Governance.
• Experience supporting legal investigations and compliance requests.
• Strong understanding of EDRM processes.
• Knowledge of data preservation, legal holds, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Veritas eDiscovery Platform (Clearwell) environments.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security configurations.
• Coordinate data collection, processing, culling, indexing, and export of ESI.
• Oversee ingestion from Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and file shares.
• Perform system health checks, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Support discovery requests and regulatory investigations with Legal and Compliance teams.
